Orthotic Devices Incorporated has been proud to support our local Professional sports teams. We have provided orthotics for 3 of the major professional sports teams in Toronto.
Orthotics Used by the Toronto Raptors
Due to the nature of the sport all materials used in the construction of this Orthotic had to be made from high impact plastics and moulds. The majority of the orthotics were made from Ethel Vinyl Acetate (EVA) of high durometer to maintain the weight and to provide the player with maximum Biomechanical control. Orthotics are also available to other patients. Please call the lab for more details.
Orthotics Used by the Toronto Argonauts
These orthotics were constructed using a semi rigid plastic with an Ethel Vinyl Acetate (EVA) reinforcement so as to give the patient as much control from the device, as possible. The top covers were generally a poron/vinyl combination which offered the players with shock absorption and durability. Orthotics are also available to doctors who choose this kind of orthotics for their patients. Contact the lab for more information.
Orthotics Used by the Toronto Lynx
These orthotics were made from a semi-rigid plastic and were accommodated with a rear foot stabilizer , the style of the Orthotic prescribed was the Ortho-Sport, which has a neoprene top cover for shock absorption. I have been using Orthotic Devices for more than five years. They continue to improve not only the quality but the diversity of their orthotics. Furthermore, they stand behind their work and are always eager to help with difficult cases. I have tried other labs but always find the exacting podiatry standards at Orthotic Devices to be superior.

- Dr. Omar Qureshi, B.Sc, D.Ch, Chiropodist

Orthotic Devices was kind enough to fully open their doors to me for a full tour of their facilities when I first graduated. They make orthotics the way we learned how to make them in school and that's rare. They take the time to make quality products for a very reasonable price. They don't cut corners and they put the client first.

Thanks Orthotic Devices!
